The following ppt shows pages photographed from last years Unit 1 sketchbooks that demonstrate GCSE work of the very highest levels of fluency. The slides have been annotated to explain further the indicators of why the work was awarded a top range of marks.

When using these pages to help you make improvements to your own work, think about how more than one Assessment Objective could be included or further refined on your own page of work.

Marks have been awarded for consistent fluency across the assessment objectives. The examiner points out how the development of the idea is continuously linked to the work of other artists and the range of primary and secondary source material that has been gathered. The refinement and skills that the student develops over the project is clearly evident.

This PDF also contains examples of lower grade work  which can also be used for your own self assessment of work!
